SAP Signavio Consultant
Job Summary
The SAP Signavio Consultant will play a vital role in implementing and supporting SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Governance, and Process Insights. This position requires a strong background in analytics and data extraction, as the consultant will collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to drive process mining initiatives and generate actionable insights for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal business and IT teams to deploy SAP Signavio solutions across all SAP capabilities, including Process Governance and Process Intelligence.
- Configure Signavio products, conduct enablement workshops, establish data connections, and create analytics visualizations and KPI dashboards.
- Support the adoption journey of Ecolab’s Signavio Product, resolving technical challenges to enhance results and user engagement.
- Act as the SAP Signavio Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical consulting expertise and best practice insights.
- Facilitate system and data integration between client systems and the Signavio solution, including the creation of custom data connectors.
- Customize the Signavio solution, including modifications of Process Intelligence (PI) scripts, based on technical requirements.
- Analyze technical requirements, propose suitable solutions, and oversee the implementation and deployment of these solutions.
- Share knowledge and actively participate in team efforts to contribute to the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of functional/technical experience in Signavio process mining delivery and support or equivalent roles.
- Strong background in Data Mining, Business Process Mapping, and Analytics.
- Proven experience with SAP ERP (S4, ECC) tables, processes, integrations, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization techniques.
- Experience working in a global team setting.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Big Data, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and SQL.
- Knowledge of value realization practices and data mining/integration methodologies.
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years in relevant functional or technical roles, particularly in process mining and analytics.
