Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in supporting CashFlo’s growth by managing high-volume recruitment processes. The candidate will independently handle multiple open positions, source and screen candidates, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless recruitment lifecycle. This role contributes to building a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the company's employer brand in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple open positions, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Handle bulk/high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed.
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain talent pools and continuously develop candidate pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate candidate follow-ups.
- Negotiate offers and manage joining formalities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate hiring trackers, MIS, and pipeline reports.
- Monitor hiring targets, identify gaps or delays, and proactively address recruitment challenges.
- Support employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
- Assist with HR policy communication and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience handling bulk/high-volume hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-oriented, proactive, persistent, and result-driven.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics, with the ability to maintain hiring trackers and reports.
- Strong candidate and employee management skills with a focus on positive experience.
- Educational qualifications: BTech, BSc, or equivalent degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience hiring from BPO, BFSI, insurance, e-commerce, or similar high-volume talent pools.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth or startup settings.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment across various industries such as BPO, BFSI, insurance, or e-commerce.
