Job Summary
The Associate Director - Employee Health & Wellbeing Programme will play a crucial role in diagnosing and addressing the mental health and wellbeing needs of the organization. This position involves designing and implementing evidence-based health and wellbeing programs that align with clinical guidelines and population health management principles. The role contributes to the overall health strategy of the organization, ensuring effective delivery and measurable impact of health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnosis to understand organizational mental health and wellbeing needs through the review of health data, medical claims, Health Risk Assessment results, and gap analysis.
- Design evidence-based health and wellbeing programs that apply clinical guidelines, prevention strategies, and health behavior change principles.
- Pilot programs to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of health and wellbeing interventions, and develop proposals for scaling programs globally, including budget and funding considerations.
- Source and manage vendors/providers to meet current and emerging health and wellbeing needs, ensuring efficient delivery and clinical quality.
- Collaborate with Regional Health Promotion Leads to plan and deliver programs that consider business needs, cultural differences, and local healthcare delivery systems.
- Work with the Global Communications and Digital Lead to develop communication and engagement plans and materials.
- Evaluate and report on program impact, including participation, engagement, uptake, and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize customer feedback and qualitative/quantitative data to continually improve program design.
- Contribute to the refresh of the Global Organization Mental Health Standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., Master's or Doctorate).
- Strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing principles, clinical guidelines, and population health management.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing health and wellbeing programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret health data and conduct gap analysis.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and vendor management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in global health initiatives or programs.
- Familiarity with digital health solutions and communication strategies.
- Knowledge of cultural competency in health promotion.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in health promotion, employee wellbeing, or a related field.

- The position is based in Bengaluru Luxor North Tower and operates in a hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.
Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000.
