Job Summary

We are seeking a highly talented and self-managed Software Developer with 5-7 years of experience in IT Application/Software Development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and will be responsible for managing and executing eCOM or e-Portal projects from development through deployment and maintenance. This role also requires strong technical skills in both backend and frontend technologies, as well as a proven track record of working onsite internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Agile Adoption: Lead agile initiatives, ensuring a focus on delivering MVPs for rapid, iterative product improvements.
  • Project Management: Handle end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of eCOM or e-Portal projects, with added advantage in multi-platform mobile app deliveries.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with onsite teams, particularly during extended assignments in the US, UK, or Europe.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to code performance and MS SQL database performance.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating tools like SonarQube and basic containerization with Docker.
  • Design Patterns: Implement and maintain best practices using design patterns such as CQRS, mediator, and repository patterns.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years in IT Application/Software Development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in .NET Core, C#, REST API, LINQ, Entity Framework, and XUnit.
    • Solid working knowledge of Angular 15 (or later), Typescript, Jest Framework, HTML5, and CSS3.
    • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting code and database performance issues.
    • Familiarity with MS SQL databases.
    • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SonarQube.
    • Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker), messaging, and reverse proxy concepts.
  • Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile practices, focusing on MVP delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing at least 2 eCOM or e-Portal development projects.
  • Knowledge of delivering multi-platform mobile applications.
  • Prior working experience onsite in the US, UK, or Europe for an extended period.
  • Strong assertiveness with the ability to independently drive and lead onsite teams.

Experience

  • A total of 5-7 years in IT Application/Software Development, with at least 2 years of international onsite experience (US, UK, or Europe) preferred.

Environment
