AI/ML Developer
Job Summary
The AI/ML Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. The role requires a strong background in AI/ML techniques, model management, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models to solve business problems.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI/ML projects, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as necessary to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Document processes, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply relevant techniques to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or related fields.
- Proven expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and MLOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, model management, and deployment.
- Experience working on end-to-end machine learning projects in a professional or academic setting.
