Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This performance-driven role involves sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates efficiently, with a key expectation of closing each requirement within 2 weeks. The role demands consistent daily updates to clients and stakeholders, and is ideal for candidates with prior experience at a recruitment agency or high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Source candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases).
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
  • Maintain detailed sourcing trackers and documentation.

Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Communication

  • Gather role briefs directly from clients or internal managers.
  • Thoroughly understand job requirements before initiating sourcing.
  • Provide daily status updates to clients on each open position.

Screening & Candidate Management

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments via calls or video interviews.
  • Align candidates with job expectations, compensation brackets, and timelines.
  • Manage candidate communications professionally and promptly.

Interview & Closure Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure end-to-end coordination from screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Meet or exceed the 2-week closure timeline for each assigned requirement.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing efforts, candidate status, and hiring outcomes.
  • Submit weekly performance reports and flag any blockers early.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of closures.
  • Prior experience at a recruitment agency or high-growth startup is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles with tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with a results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with multiple clients and across diverse industries.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience, specifically in agency or high-growth startup environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and meeting closure targets.

Environment

  • Fully remote position (India-based candidates preferred).
  • Full-time role, Monday to Saturday.
  • Working hours: 11 AM to 8 PM IST.
  • Requires high responsiveness and proactive communication in a virtual setup.

Salary

  • Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
  • Performance-Based Variable:
    • ₹15,000 for achieving 5 closures/month.
    • ₹4,000 per closure beyond the 5 monthly closures.
