QA ETL Testing

Job Summary

The ETL Testing & UI Path Automation position is designed for a professional with a solid background in Quality Assurance (QA) and automation methodologies. This role demands a high level of technical expertise in testing and automation, ensuring adherence to QA best practices and promoting effective communication within teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of data and process automation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ETL testing to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data pipeline.
• Automate testing processes using UI Path, while designing and developing scripts that enhance efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to implement QA best practices and improve testing methodologies.
• Execute database testing with a focus on SQL queries to validate data accuracy.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies in all testing activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with proven skills in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in database testing.
• Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and document testing scripts and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in both onshore and remote environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional reporting tools beyond Power BI.
• Previous exposure to Agile methodologies and software development practices.

Experience

5-8 years of relevant experience, focusing on Quality Assurance, ETL testing, and automation technologies.
