Develop and implement quality strategies and standards to ensure excellence in all areas of the organization, with a focus on commercial vehicles or car OEM sectors. ● Drive quality initiatives throughout the new product development process, from concept to launch, to achieve high-quality, innovative products. ● Establish and maintain robust incoming quality assessment processes to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. ● Implement effective process quality control measures to maintain high standards of manufacturing processes and final product quality. ● Lead product quality improvement programs to progress from customer satisfaction to customer delight and set industry benchmarks. ● Collaborating with procurement and supply chain teams to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier evaluations, and address quality issues with suppliers.
