Job Description

<div>Ensure regular interactions with the Central Product teams/Research Heads across the above distribution channel<br />  Identify opportunities for our product placement on the above set of Channel Partners to facilitate the sales effort of the Frontline Sales<br /> Team.<br />  Ensure multiple level engagement for better visibility and business outcome.<br />  Own and lead the sales enablement process end-to-end for including/identifying product opportunities, negotiating terms and closing<br /> partnerships with key distributors in conjunction with Sales Head<br />  Ensure that is Partner of Choice for the Channel Partners by staying ahead of competition (considering the possible threats and<br /> opportunities for the Channel) and partnering with these Channel Partners on strategic initiatives to help grow their business.<br />  Work closely with various internal stakeholders like marketing, products etc. and deliver an integrated experience for partners that<br /> fosters long term relationships<br />  Provide information (Due Diligence on new products, Annual Due Diligence, etc) to the Channel Partners<br />  Co-ordinate with the Central Teams to conduct training programs and customer/distributor presentations.<br />  He / She will be required to perform a variety of tasks which may not be directly related to the job.<br /> KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</div> <div>Educational Qualification Mandatory: NISM certification<br /> Preferable: MBA or equivalent</div> <div>Technical &amp;amp; Professional Knowledge<br /> required<br /> (What someone NEEDS TO KNOW)</div> <div> Deep understanding of the Capital Markets<br />  Market knowledge / extensively networked<br />  Relationship management for key clients and distributors</div> <div>Experience Required<br /> (What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE)</div> <div> 8-12 years experience<br />  Proven performance track record (sales)<br />  Key account management skills.<br />  Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.<br />  Should have an eye for detail..<br />  Product knowledge/ Market knowledge / extensively networked.<br />  Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.</div> <div>Essential Competencies for the role<br /> (Competencies that need to be demonstrated<br /> or how they NEED TO BEHAVE)</div> <div><br /> Interpersonal and persuasive skills</div> <div>Personal Attributes required (Personal<br /> qualities, motivations, and preferences likely<br /> to enhance performance in the role)</div> <div><br /> Good communicational abilities and pleasing personality</div>
