Job location - Bangalore 

Experience - 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications
• Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop back-end functionalities and APIs using Ruby-on-Rails, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve software development processes and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks relevant to Ruby-on-Rails and React.js development.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer 
• Experience with an MVC framework (Django, Rails, Spring, .NET MVC, CakePhP, etc
• Solid understanding of web application development, RESTful APIs, and database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Ruby-on-Rails, JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and related libraries and frameworks is a plus
