Effective Date: 02/11/2023 Revision No: 1.0.0 Checked By: CEO Approved By: Process In charge JOB DESCRIPTION DESIGNATION/ TITLE : - Manager Human Resources REPORTING TO Director NUMBER OF REPORTS 2 LOCATION Mumbai OBJECTIVE To be part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate HR Recruitment function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Understanding the requirement. • Sourcing CV as per JD. • Handling Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting CV’s & forwarding to departmental head for initial screening. • Getting feedback from departmental head on CV’s sourced. • Lining up candidates for face to face interview. • Taking interview on behalf of HR. • Giving candidates aptitude test. • Conducting interview with departmental head & HR manager. • Follow up with candidates for documents. • Doing joining formalities with candidates. • Opening internal employee bank account. • Coordinating with placement agency & institute. • Reporting to MD and HR about the recruitment status. • Recruitment end to end process • Joining Formalities and Induction • Making Co. policies and procedures &ISO documentation. • Making Employee’s Hand Book as per the company norms and updating accordingly on timely basis. • Handling employees database (HRIS) • Attendance & Leave management • Handling Employee Grievance • Preparing Training & Employee Engagement Calendar • Performance Management System • Conducting exit interviews for separating employees • Compliance such as ESIC, PF, PT & Mediclaim • Employee Engagement programs Divn: HR Operations Fixzip Technology Pvt.Ltd. Effective Date: 02/11/2023 Revision No: 1.0.0 Checked By: CEO Approved By: Process In charge • Monitor the implementation and functioning of the quality management system on a day-to-day basis and organizing internal quality audits of organization. • Report to top-level Management the status of quality management system. • Identify and analyze non-conformities and results of internal audits and report to the management for review. • Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions as per quality procedures and verify effectiveness. • Responsible for the distribution of all controlled documents. JOB SPECIFICATION YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 4-6 years of experience QUALIFICATION Any Graduate TARGET INDUSTRIES Education/ Telecom – Mobile Industry/ Retail / Information Technology PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Should have experience in a similar role.
