Global Rewards (GR) India delivers end-to-end loyalty solutions from loyalty program development
to loyalty software implementation to rewards management and last-mile fulfillment’s a reputed
full-service rewards & loyalty company, Accentiv’ India manages several award-winning
programs across various industry verticals in India.
We deliver loyalty software and solutions for our diverse portfolio of B2B, B2C and B2E clients. Our
solutions include channel/ customer/ influencer loyalty programs, employee rewards & recognition
and points-based reward programs. We deliver more than 8 million digital rewards for our 250+
clients every year.
YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
As a member of the Client and Catalogue team, you will play a key role in supporting clients and
suppliers while working closely with the Global Rewards Technology, Account Managers and
Operations teams to manage daily tasks efficiently.
The main responsibilities but not limited to:
Monitor daily order processing for both clients and suppliers, perform validation
checks, and update order statuses in the system.
Maintain clear communication, take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure
fulfillment of orders within clients’ specified SLAs.
Responding to assigned clients and / their customers order tickets via ticketing
tool, and emails from both clients and suppliers.
Support and manage catalogue creation, ensuring that parameters such as item
name, description, images, price calculations etc. are aligned with Edenred’s
standards.

Requirements:
Graduate or higher qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Client Servicing and/ Vendor Management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and
