Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate interior finishing and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services for building projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, particularly in luxury hotels and major healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise interior finishing works for building projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Oversee the execution of MEP services in building construction, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in interior finishing works, particularly with reputed firms, luxury hotels, or major healthcare facilities.
• Practical experience in executing MEP services in building construction, preferably with top construction companies, 5-star hotels, or leading hospitals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry.

Environment

• Work will be conducted in an office setting in Nagpur, with regular site visits to project locations.
