Experience in i-banking or startup would be preferred.
1. Knowledge of core investment processes required: sourcing, deal evaluation, negotiation, working lawyers on legal documentation etc
2. Hard working and good attitude is critically important 
3. Good communication skills (oral and written)
4. Confidence to interact with senior people 

5. Good analysis and modeling skills. Good with numbers and Excel
