Job Description-Territory Sales Manager/Territory Sales Executive Euler Motors<br /> Euler Motors is an electric vehicle startup based out of New Delhi, India. It is focused on sustainable last mile transport by accelerating the transition from internal combustion engines to new age electric vehicles and becoming a category leader for cargo and passenger vehicles. They are building an electric vehicle platform – 4 Wheeler<br /> Media Coverage - timesofindia ETnow ETStarupAdda MoneyControl Inc42 Roles and Responsibilities:<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br />
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in the assigned territory.<br />
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their objectives.<br />
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.<br />
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of products or services.<br />
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with customers to achieve win-win outcomes. Close sales and ensure timely payment collection.<br />
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide feedback to the management team regarding sales strategies and market conditions.<br />
- Individual Contributor: Employee will be responsible for generating leads through individual sales.<br />
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.<br /> Key Requirements:-<br /> 1. Sales TGT Achievement 3 Vehicle Per Month-<br />
- Sales Pipeline Generation- Field Visit, BTL Activities, Per day 25 Customers Visit & 20 Trials in a month 3. Engagement with Business Stakeholders (Dealership Team, Financers, Brokers,<br /> Cargo Union Leaders)<br />
- Daily Reporting on Sales Pipeline Status<br />
- Tracking Competition Model Price Discount/ Schemes
