Job Summary

We are seeking a Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical development of our app and platform. The ideal candidate will transition the app from external developers to an in-house team, managing daily operations and further product enhancements. The CTO will collaborate with company Founders to drive our vision and ensure maximum learning and usability through ongoing bug fixes and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build the in-house technical team to execute the company's vision.
• Design and enhance the platform for web, Android, and iOS interfaces.
• Lead the end-to-end development of the app using technologies such as React.js, React Native, Node.js/Express, MongoDB, Firebase, and Google Cloud.
• Create and establish the app’s system architecture, database structure, user flows, scalability plans, and DevOps pipelines.
• Conduct load testing and cost optimization of the platform.
• Ensure platform security, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Integrate various AI models into the workflow, enhancing the app's functionality.
• Utilize prompt engineering and AI integration techniques to elevate the app's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from a reputable university.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack and back-end engineering.
• Essential experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or adjacent fields.

Environment

• This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work three days a week in the office.
