Job Summary
The Art Director will lead visual storytelling across campaigns, product launches, content, retail, and digital experiences, ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity. This role is integral to conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that highlight the DailyObjects brand and products, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Lead creative development for product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and brand initiatives. Translate marketing objectives into strong visual concepts and storytelling frameworks.
- Art Direction: Provide direction for 3D teams, photography, and video shoots, including product, lifestyle, social, and advertising content while ensuring alignment with DailyObjects' brand identity and quality standards.
- Design & Content: Oversee the creation of digital assets for social media, websites, emails, and paid advertising, collaborating with graphic and motion designers to develop engaging content formats.
- Retail & Brand Experience: Support creative development for retail stores, visual merchandising, and experiential activations, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Team Leadership: Mentor designers and content creators, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, presenting concepts to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–6+ years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Communication, Creative Design, or Advertising.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, photography direction, branding, and content creation.
- Brand Experience: Experience working with consumer brands, lifestyle brands, fashion, technology, or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) businesses.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color, and design systems.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of photography, filmmaking, editing, and content production workflows.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience directing product-focused campaigns.
- Familiarity with motion design and 3D visualization workflows.
- Experience working in retail environments and experiential marketing.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and emerging content workflows.
Experience
5–6+ years of experience in relevant fields.
