Director of Sales and Operations - Requirements

• Role meant to be positioned as future CEO

• Sharp, analytical, data-driven approach required

• Understands the food industry, particularly FMCG

• Needs to be responsible for (5x) growth

• Entrepreneurial in approach

• Has experience in working with short-shelf-life products

• Will be working with CEO, should be comfortable with that

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience

• Titles that can be considered: sales and operations lead, business head

• ESOPs will be granted
