Job Summary

The Content Head is responsible for overseeing the content strategy and execution. The Content Head plays a crucial role in driving engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth through various initiatives, including influencer campaigns and both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create integrated campaigns, including influencer campaigns.
  • Oversee production and shoots, ensuring all content is produced to a high standard.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor analysis to inspire innovative content ideas.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content development and management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects.
