Job Description
Relevant Experience • Business process analysis and documentation (3+ years) • Experience/exposure to the Agile Point. (2+ years) • Good understanding of the Finance related processes. • Requirement gathering and analysis.
Responsibilities Key Accountabilities/KRAs/KPIs: • Drive discussions with end user, business representatives, and stakeholders to understand the current process. Conduct group discussions, individual deep dive sessions to gather the necessary inputs. • Create/Update current (as-is) business process documentation. Gather the benchmarking data points. Document the current automation state and maturity. • Analyse the as-is process to identify process gaps, manual or duplicate steps etc. • Identify areas of improvement. • Work with the technical team and propose the process simplification/optimization and automation solution. Recommend the industry best practices and solutions. Recommend the quick wins, simplify/optimize and automate. • Present the findings to the senior management. Skills
