Job Description
<div>Purpose Will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates to fill vacant<br />
positions within the factory. This involves collaborating with department managers to<br />
determine staffing needs, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting<br />
interviews, and completing hiring formalities. and implement initiatives to improve job<br />
satisfaction and reduce turnover.</div>

Job Responsibilities<br />
/ Deliverables</div>
<div>• Lead the site HR operation team to ensure operational excellence.<br />
• Drive HR automation for providing ease to employee.<br />
• Recommend changes in employment policies, processes, practices and<br />
administer the same<br />
• Conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and<br />
engagement initiatives<br />
• Prepare, review and analyze employee statistical reports to supporting business<br />
decision making.<br />
• Partner and support HO team in implementation of critical HR initiatives from<br />
time to time per organizational direction<br />
• Support in internal and external HR audits.<br />
• Work closely with Business heads to understand organization imperatives and<br />
prepare key and individual plans for relevant HR processes based on historical<br />
data, business requirements and priorities<br />
• Responsible for smooth On-boarding experience for Manager and above<br />
position<br />
• Ensure the confirmation process is adhered to policies / Processes as per the<br />
timelines<br />
• Provide support in maintenance of accurate data (MIS) for various HR process<br />
• Reduction attrition for Ambernath plant by taking appropriate actions<br />
• Ensure to adherence to Employee engagement and Sankalp calendar<br />
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings<br />
• Ensure positive candidate experience and leading employer branding initiatives<br />
• Hands on sourcing to fill open positions and supervise the recruitment team to<br />
ensure quality talent hired within TAT<br />
• Manage the talent acquisition team and ensure adherence to TAT and internal<br />
customer satisfaction.<br />
• Ensure minimizing recruitment costs YOY, while enhancing the quality of talent.<br />
• Enhancing Campus relations, Internal Referral plans, IJPs and other initiatives to<br />
ensure steady stream of talent</div>
<div>• Proactive stakeholder management, to ensure a positive stakeholder experience<br />
(internally and externally)<br />
• Responsible to motivate and train team members to build confidence and get the<br />
best output<br />
• Plan career paths and plan their short-medium- and long-term growth plan<br />
• Prepare MIS slides and maintain Trackers on an ongoing basis<br />
• Ensure consistency across team members understanding and data accuracy<br />
• Proactive, accurate and timely submission/presentation of TA related data to<br />
management team/stakeholders</div>

Requisites</div>
<div>• Sharp eye for talented people.<br />
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. Staying updated on AI<br />
and other avenues of building efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment<br />
process.<br />
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.<br />
• Hands-on working on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.<br />
• Excellent communicator, Well-organized.<br />
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment, seeking opportunities to implement<br />
‘out of the box’ ideas and initiatives.</div>
