Job Summary

We are seeking Techno-Functional Consultants with hands-on experience in configuring various Workday modules. This role is essential for supporting backlog enhancements and daily system administration within our HR Technology function. The successful candidates will contribute to the effectiveness of our Workday implementation and operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday modules, including Talent, Performance, Absence Management, and Security.
• Assist in reporting and business process configurations to enhance system functionality.
• Participate in at least one full life cycle implementation of any Workday module.
• Manage day-to-day operations and system administration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide support for various backlog enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Workday configuration and implementation.
• Mandatory skills in reporting and business process configurations.
• Proven experience with at least one full life cycle implementation of any Workday module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional Workday modules.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Workday configuration and implementation.

Environment

• This is a remote position, with work hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: 140,000 (exact figure to be confirmed).
