Recruitment Executive
Job Summary
The Recruitment Executive will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This position is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role is suitable for individuals seeking both internship and full-time opportunities and requires a proactive approach to human resource management and the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and utilize social media for talent sourcing.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficient in the hiring process and human resource management practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process is essential.
Environment
- This is a flexible / remote job.
Salary
- Stipend range of ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 per month.
