Job Summary

We are seeking Salesforce Developers with at least 4+ years of experience and a strong background in designing scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging Salesforce’s out-of-the-box features to deliver optimal business value while customizing solutions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Provide innovative solutions by leveraging Salesforce’s declarative features such as Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture and design reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
• Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and provide documentation for developed components.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their applicability to ongoing projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and bulkification.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I & II) are preferred.
• Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce communities and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and best practices for Salesforce deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working within Agile teams.
