About the Role

To lead and elevate Rasayanam’s creative output across brand and performance marketing channels,
ensuring every design and campaign drives business results and strengthens brand equity.
As Manager – Design, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of all creative output. You
will translate business goals into powerful creative solutions, balancing brand storytelling with
measurable performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of:
● Brand & performance marketing
● Digital-first creative design
● Team leadership & creative operations
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Strategy
● Own the overall creative vision across brand, performance marketing, and product
communication
● Translate business goals into clear creative strategies and execution plans
● Set and maintain high creative standards, benchmarks, and quality controls
● Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across channels

Performance-Focused Creative Direction
● Lead the creation of high-impact performance creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other
paid channels
● Work closely with D2C team to optimize creatives for CTR, CVR, ROAS, and revenue
● Use insights, data, and learnings to iterate and scale winning creatives
● Balance aesthetics with conversion-focused design and messaging
Customer & Market Understanding
● Deeply understand the target audience, customer pain points, and motivations
● Conduct and guide research on competitors, trends, and consumer insights
● Ensure all creatives solve a real customer problem and communicate value clearly
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner closely with marketing, product, growth, and leadership teams
● Present creative ideas, strategies, and performance insights to stakeholders
● Align creative output with business priorities and launch timelines
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
● 6–10+ years of experience in creative roles
● Proven experience leading creative teams in high-growth brands, startups, or agencies
● Strong background in performance marketing creatives (not just brand campaigns)
● Demonstrated impact on business metrics such as revenue, ROAS, conversions, or growth
● Deep understanding of digital-first design, content, and storytelling
● Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on when needed
Nice-to-Have
● Experience in D2C, health & wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands
● Experience scaling brands in Indian and global markets
● Strong understanding of motion, video, and short-form content trends
Tools & Skills
● Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
● Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles
● Ability to read and interpret performance data and insights
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
