About the Role<br />
This role exists for one simple reason:<br />
To lead and elevate Rasayanam’s creative output across brand and performance marketing channels,<br />
ensuring every design and campaign drives business results and strengthens brand equity.<br />
As Manager – Design, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of all creative output. You<br />
will translate business goals into powerful creative solutions, balancing brand storytelling with<br />
measurable performance.<br />
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of:<br />

● Digital-first creative design<br />
● Team leadership & creative operations<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />
Creative Leadership & Strategy<br />
● Own the overall creative vision across brand, performance marketing, and product<br />
communication<br />
● Translate business goals into clear creative strategies and execution plans<br />
● Set and maintain high creative standards, benchmarks, and quality controls<br />
● Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across channels</div>

<div>Performance-Focused Creative Direction<br />
● Lead the creation of high-impact performance creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other<br />
paid channels<br />
● Work closely with D2C team to optimize creatives for CTR, CVR, ROAS, and revenue<br />
● Use insights, data, and learnings to iterate and scale winning creatives<br />
● Balance aesthetics with conversion-focused design and messaging<br />
Customer & Market Understanding<br />
● Deeply understand the target audience, customer pain points, and motivations<br />
● Conduct and guide research on competitors, trends, and consumer insights<br />
● Ensure all creatives solve a real customer problem and communicate value clearly<br />
Cross-Functional Collaboration<br />
● Partner closely with marketing, product, growth, and leadership teams<br />
● Present creative ideas, strategies, and performance insights to stakeholders<br />
● Align creative output with business priorities and launch timelines<br />
What We’re Looking For<br />
Must-Have<br />
● 6–10+ years of experience in creative roles<br />
● Proven experience leading creative teams in high-growth brands, startups, or agencies<br />
● Strong background in performance marketing creatives (not just brand campaigns)<br />
● Demonstrated impact on business metrics such as revenue, ROAS, conversions, or growth<br />
● Deep understanding of digital-first design, content, and storytelling<br />
● Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on when needed<br />
Nice-to-Have<br />
● Experience in D2C, health & wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands<br />
● Experience scaling brands in Indian and global markets<br />
● Strong understanding of motion, video, and short-form content trends<br />
Tools & Skills<br />
● Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)<br />
● Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles<br />
● Ability to read and interpret performance data and insights<br />
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills</div>
