Job Summary

In this high-ownership role, the selected candidate will work directly with the CEO and CXOs on critical problems each quarter. This position requires a versatile individual who is able to shift from strategy formulation to execution seamlessly. Responsibilities include building models for new commercial facilities, coordinating cross-functional launches, preparing board materials, and establishing new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to shipping outcomes.
• Build analysis, models, and narratives that inform founder and board decisions.
• Manage cross-functional projects across commercial, product, science, and operations teams.
• Prepare investor, board, and partner materials alongside the CEO and CBO.
• Establish processes and systems where company growth outpaces its current structure.
• Represent the founder's office with external partners, investors, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 to 8 years in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or a founder's office.
• Skills:
  • Structured thinking with a willingness to execute tasks personally.
  • Strong project management, strategic modeling, and data analysis abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure.
  • High trust and confidentiality as the role involves sensitive work.
• Interest: A strong affinity for deep technology and the underlying science of the products.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Familiarity with agricultural technology and precision farming practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Environment

• The role is based in Hyderabad, operating in a full-time capacity within a dynamic startup culture.
