React.js Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Expert React.js Developer with over 8 years of experience to build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to implement new features, enhance user experiences, and maintain existing applications. This role is integral to shaping the future of our application UI and ensuring our products meet high coding standards, especially in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

• Shape and Enhance the UI: Play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the UI of a comprehensive React application.
• Develop and Innovate: Build efficient, reusable, scalable, and testable frontend code to serve millions of customers, particularly in the fintech space.
• Problem Solving: Solve complex problems with creative and practical solutions while implementing new features and user interfaces for cross-border customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
• Quality Assurance: Lead by example in code quality by conducting significant code reviews and proactively identifying areas of improvement in team systems, processes, and scalability.
• Production Monitoring: Monitor production systems and investigate potential issues to ensure continuous operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Client-Side Development: At least 7 years of experience in client-side development.
• JavaScript/TypeScript Expertise: Over 9 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and understanding closures.
• React Proficiency: More than 5 years of experience using React and modern web technologies.
• Web Architecture: Hands-on experience with web application architectures.
• Technical Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English.
• Educational Background: BA/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (experience from military technology units like 8200 is considered a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a SaaS product company.
• Familiarity with NX.
• Experience with Context API, React Router (version 5), and Styled Components.
• Exposure to server-side technologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 8+ years in frontend development with a robust background in client-side development and specific expertise in React.js.

• Joining: Immediate joiners with a notice period ranging from immediate to 15 days.
