Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect to lead a dynamic team in the development of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires a strong background in modern technologies and cloud platforms, and the ability to manage teams effectively to ensure successful project delivery, driving high-quality deliverables that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to 30 developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Oversee project management activities using tools like Jira and manage code repositories via Bitbucket.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) for deploying and managing applications, including containers, Kubernetes, static apps, and blob storage.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Be available for on-call travel to business locations as required.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• Leadership & Management:

  • Proven experience managing teams of up to 30 members.
  • Strong project management skills with tools like Jira and Bitbucket.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for effective business interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience: 10–13 years in software development and leadership roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional frontend and backend tech stacks.
• Familiarity with other project management and version control tools.

Experience

Minimum of 10 to 13 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership roles.

Environment

• This role is primarily remote, with the requirement for candidates to be willing to travel to Pune once every two months. (Candidates from Pune are preferred). The travel cost will be borne by the candidate.

Salary

Estimated salary of 1.7 Lakh per month plus GST.
