Job Summary
As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI pipelines that train and run our internal trading-focused agents. Your work will directly power our system to react to real-world events in real time, ensuring responsive and efficient trading operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI pipelines for data ingestion, training, and event-based triggering.
- Implement LLM (Large Language Model) integrations and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
- Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for trading AI agents.
- Manage Vector Databases for efficient document retrieval and context storage.
- Build and secure APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Write clean, production-ready Python code to orchestrate AI workflows.
- Leverage cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment and scaling.
- Handle basic system design to ensure robust, maintainable architecture.
- Use various AI tools and frameworks to automate tasks and optimize development.
- Collaborate with a small team to deliver end-to-end features independently.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development.
- Understanding of LLM usage, customization, and deployment.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and practical implementation.
- Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.).
- Experience with prompt engineering to deliver reliable, high-quality AI outputs.
- Proficiency with Hugging Face for model integration and deployment.
- Knowledge of using open-source and commercial LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Claude, GPT-4, LLaMA) for production workflows.
- Ability to build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference.
- Good understanding of Cloud platforms for deploying AI services.
- API development and integration experience (REST, GraphQL).
- Exposure to event-driven systems and automation design.
- Some experience with system design for small-scale production systems.
- Passionate about AI in trading/finance and willing to learn domain-specific nuances.
