Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Guiding Care (a care management platform) and .NET technologies. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and resolving issues in a healthcare environment to ensure the seamless functioning of production systems, especially those integrated with Guiding Care and developed using .NET.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for applications built on the .NET framework integrated with the Guiding Care platform.
- Work closely with care management teams to support critical member-facing features, care plan modules, and clinical workflows.
- Support batch jobs, file transfers, and interface integrations (e.g., HL7, EDI) with downstream systems.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement root cause fixes and preventative measures.
- Maintain documentation related to incident management, known errors, and system configurations.
- Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24/7 uptime for mission-critical systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 years of experience in .NET application support and development (including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API).
- Guiding Care: Strong exposure to Guiding Care or other care management systems in a healthcare domain.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
- Production Support Tools: Familiarity with production support tools (ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).
- Debugging Skills: Ability to debug application logs, identify integration issues, and suggest fixes quickly.
- Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional healthcare applications and platforms.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to healthcare data management.
Experience
