Job Description

 

 

• Supplier Audit (Process, Product & System).

 

• Supplier Upgradation.

 

• Supplier Performance Monitoring.

 

• Part Development Press/ Weld & Two Wheeler Chassis.

 

• Knowledge of mild steel raw material grades & testing.

 

• PPAP Readiness, Review & Approval.

 

• Defect troubleshooting & Countermeasure Verification.

 

• Experience in design & development of Press tools, welding fixtures, Inspection gauges, special gauges etc.

 

• Hands of experience of measuring instruments like – Vernier, Height Gauge, TPG, TRG, Micro meter, Hardness tester, DFT tester, CMM etc. 

 

• Knowledge of painting, plating, powder coating process, defects & testing.

 

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and std.
