<div>1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:<br />
• To independently manage order execution for international customers (e.g., Walmart,<br />
Loblaws, Dollar Tree, Manassen) ensuring timely order processing and shipment.<br />
• To maintain and analyze logistics data (including costs) in SAP in line with contracts and<br />
agreements.<br />
• To coordinate with plants and cross-functional teams for on-time delivery, cost control,<br />
and customer satisfaction.<br />
• To ensure compliance with customer-specific documentation and system requirements.<br />

4. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS<br />
Qualifications<br />
• Graduate (Post-Graduation in Logistics preferred).<br />
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.<br />
Experience</div>
<div>• 3–4 years of relevant logistics/supply chain experience.<br />
• Experience in export order management and customer handling.<br />
Skills<br />
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP knowledge.<br />
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data (CRD vs. actuals, cost trends, TATs).<br />
• Communication: Strong written &amp; verbal English; basic Kannada &amp; Hindi preferred.<br />
• Interpersonal: Ability to coordinate across departments and vendors.<br />
• Behavioral: Proactive, detail-oriented, process-driven, and flexible</div>
