As we continue to expand<br /> our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to<br /> lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.<br /> Location: Bengaluru<br /> Reporting to: CEO<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Sales Strategy and Leadership:<br /> Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets<br /> and market penetration.<br /> Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of<br /> success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<br /> Channel Partner Network:<br /> Develop and implement a robust channel partner strategy for both B2B and B2C<br /> sales.<br /> Identify and establish relationships with key channel partners, such as financial<br /> institutions, wealth management firms, and other relevant entities.<br /> Collaborate with channel partners to drive joint sales efforts and mutually beneficial<br /> business outcomes.<br /> Market Expansion:<br /> Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in<br /> the UHNWI segment.<br /> Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic<br /> decisions.<br /> Client Relationship Management:<br /> Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique<br /> financial goals and challenges.<br /> Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the platform continues to<br /> meet and exceed client expectations.<br /> Sales Operations:<br /> Implement and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in<br /> lead generation, qualification, and conversion.<br /> Utilize data analytics and reporting to track key performance metrics and make datadriven<br /> decisions.<br /> Cross-Functional Collaboration:<br /> Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to<br /> align sales efforts with overall business objectives.<br /> Provide valuable insights to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.<br /> Experience and Qualifications:<br /> 10+ years of sales experience in a Financial Services company.<br /> Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.<br /> Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the Fintech<br /> industry, particularly with Wealth Tech or similar platforms.<br /> Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of UHNWIs and the ability<br /> to tailor sales strategies accordingly.<br /> Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing<br /> and motivating a high-performing sales team.<br /> Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor<br /> activities.<br /> Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br /> Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating at various<br /> organizational levels.
