Job Summary

The Collection Executive will play a critical role in the financial success of Homeville Group by implementing effective collection strategies. This position requires a passion for collections and the ability to collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders to support the company in achieving its financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Research each account using company records and internet resources.
• Conduct custom collections campaigns through emails, phone calls, and standard mail correspondence for each client.
• Develop collections methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company financial goals.
• Collaborate closely with team members to identify ways to drive revenue and achieve collective success.
• Solve problems promptly and create resolutions that facilitate regular revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in collections.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the affordable home segment.
