Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
The Talent Sourcer will play a pivotal role in supporting both high-volume and niche hiring requirements within the manufacturing sector. This position focuses on proactive talent mapping and market research, aiming for a target of 8 job offers per month to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Independently source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping.
- Manage domestic hiring initiatives with a future possibility of international hiring (approximately 50%).
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand specific role requirements and timelines for hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and senior profiles.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Background in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to close roles consistently under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to sourcing for high-end or niche profiles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
Experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment, especially within complex environments.
Environment
- This position is based in Hebbal, Bangalore, and involves collaboration with various internal teams. The role predominantly focuses on domestic hiring, with prospects for international hiring in the future.
