1. Inbound Executive - JD

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Conduct QC, tagging, and GRN generation in the WMS.
- Manage putaway of goods into designated bins and ensure accurate bin mapping.
- Perform regular cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and reconcile inventory variances.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and resolve stock mismatches.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline inwarding and storage processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound operations or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes including putaway and cycle counts.
- Experience with WMS platforms; knowledge of Increff is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a D2C brand is a strong advantage.
- Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and inventory reconciliation ability.
- Knowledge of Increff WMS software will be an added advantage.
