Key Responsibilities:<br />

Deep-Dive & Root-Cause Analysis – Conduct detailed analyses with respect to<br />
customer churn, repurchase rates, revenue and LTV projections, results and P/L view<br />
of experimental campaigns and other initiatives, and other ad-hoc business analytical<br />
requirements<br />
Insights & Decision Support – Work closely with Data Analyst to extract, consolidate,<br />
and interpret data from multiple sources to surface trends, uncover patterns, and<br />
highlight key levers for Retention growth and profitability<br />
Business Review Management – Lead preparation of data for weekly and monthly<br />
reviews, highlight areas that require attention, and share insights to improve the same<br />
Variance & KPI Tracking – Deliver variance analysis vs. revenue and spends targets<br />
Dashboards & Reporting – Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations<br />
that provide real-time visibility into business performance across channels and product<br />
categories<br />
Preferred Qualifications<br />

CMA / MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate in Finance / or graduate with a strong finance and<br />
business background.<br />
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in business analytics, business finance,<br />
FP&A, or a similar role, ideally within consumer brands, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth<br />
start ups.<br />
Strong understanding of profitability drivers, and key business metrics.<br />
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, complex<br />
formulas); exposure to SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is an advantage.<br />
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.<br />
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to translate analysis into<br />
actionable business insights.</div>
