Job Summary
The Field Sales Representative (Account Manager) is responsible for institutional and government sales, building and maintaining long-term relationships with therapy centres, schools, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or government agencies. This role combines strategic selling with account management, enabling CognitiveBotics to scale adoption in a B2B2C and B2G2C environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, including therapy centres, K12 schools, special schools, CSR, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Develop partnerships with RCI-accredited centres, District Early Intervention Centres (DEICs), and CSR divisions.
- Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and product workshops for schools and therapy stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and renewals.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) for onboarding and retention support.
- Track account performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent CognitiveBotics at conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in institutional, conceptual, or B2B sales, preferably in the education or healthcare sectors.
- Strong network within the therapist community, education sector, or CSR ecosystem.
- Proven record of closing deals with schools, NGOs, or government agencies.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a consultative sales approach—selling value, not just price.
- Willingness to travel up to 50-60% of the time.
- Location flexibility: Lucknow or Chandigarh.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education technology (EdTech) industry.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales.
