<div>Principal VX<br /> You are:<br /> The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and result-driven environment.<br /> Applicants must have substantial experience informing designs through critical design thinking, and<br /> proven a mastery over visual design principles and their application on a large-scale multi-device<br /> system.<br /> Reporting to: Design Director<br /> You will work on:<br /> Lead other designers and guide them to deliver the best visual experience and guide them,<br /> review frequently, and set the bar.<br /> Execute and drive visual experiences for multiple projects working closely with the client, UX,<br /> and UR expert.<br /> Innovate and deliver the visual experience by driving discussions and gaining strong insights into<br /> business goals, brand perception, product goals, and user expectations.<br /> Maintain YUJ Designs values as a visual experience advocate.<br /> Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design<br /> principles and rationale.<br /> Establish and handle design language systems of key projects, and create standards, style<br /> guides, and specification documents. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to<br /> reality.<br /> Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for the quality and timely project<br /> deliverables.<br /> You will love the role if you have:<br /> 10+ years of experience in working successfully within interdisciplinary project teams and<br /> collaborating with business units, product managers, interaction designers, user researchers,<br /> content managers, and prototype engineers.<br /> Have exceptional attention to detail, design language system (DLS) that represents the highest<br /> levels of quality (wow factor), efficiency, consistency, scalability (a design that works across<br /> platforms), and innovation.<br /> A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and<br /> maintain credibility.<br /> Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation,<br /> and client relations skills.
