You are:

Applicants must have substantial experience informing designs through critical design thinking, and
proven a mastery over visual design principles and their application on a large-scale multi-device
system.
Reporting to: Design Director
You will work on:
Lead other designers and guide them to deliver the best visual experience and guide them,
review frequently, and set the bar.
Execute and drive visual experiences for multiple projects working closely with the client, UX,
and UR expert.
Innovate and deliver the visual experience by driving discussions and gaining strong insights into
business goals, brand perception, product goals, and user expectations.
Maintain YUJ Designs values as a visual experience advocate.
Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design
principles and rationale.
Establish and handle design language systems of key projects, and create standards, style
guides, and specification documents. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to
reality.
Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for the quality and timely project
deliverables.
You will love the role if you have:
10+ years of experience in working successfully within interdisciplinary project teams and
collaborating with business units, product managers, interaction designers, user researchers,
content managers, and prototype engineers.
Have exceptional attention to detail, design language system (DLS) that represents the highest
levels of quality (wow factor), efficiency, consistency, scalability (a design that works across
platforms), and innovation.
A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and
maintain credibility.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation,
and client relations skills. Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs,
CIOs, and CEOs.
Be organized and showcase excellent time management skills and be highly detail oriented.

Ability to manage own timelines in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical
direction from project stakeholders.
