Assistant Brand Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for independently leading the execution of key brand activities. This role expects a proactive approach in partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and brand elements while ensuring successful brand activation and related activities.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead the execution of key brand activities, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions around product development and necessary brand changes.
- Collaborate with teams on brand elements, Point of Sale Materials (POSMs), artworks, and creatives.
- Lead efforts to create and obtain necessary brand collaterals and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors on billing, estimates, and the development of artworks and language adaptations.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Category Trade Marketing Managers (CTMMs) to support brand activation initiatives.
- Manage and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Post Graduate degree (MBA) or Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in brand management or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in influencing diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with a strong result orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and projects would be an advantage.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in brand management or similar roles is required.
