Job Summary

The SAP JVA Consultant will play a critical role in the implementation and support of SAP Joint Venture Accounting solutions. This position is essential for ensuring financial reporting accuracy and compliance for joint ventures, significantly contributing to the organization's overall financial integrity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Joint Venture Accounting solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze joint venture financial processes and refine requirements.
• Provide expertise on SAP JVA best practices and troubleshoot issues during and after implementations.
• Conduct user training and support documentation for end-user training.
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment with financial reporting standards.
• Assist in system upgrades and enhancements related to SAP JVA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as an SAP JVA Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Joint Venture Accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in SAP JVA configuration and solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills and experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in SAP JVA or related SAP modules.
• Experience in related industries such as oil & gas or natural resources.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules like Finance (FI) or Controlling (CO).

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Joint Venture Accounting or related fields.
