Job Summary
The AVP-Strategy (Technology, Media & Telecommunications - TMT) is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and transformation projects within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will utilize industry knowledge and analytical skills to influence decision-making and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage in the TMT sector.
- Lead business transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and change management.
- Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, business transformation, or management consulting, preferably in the TMT industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in or consulting for TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunications) companies.
