Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple verticals, including performance marketing, retention, SEO, and branding campaigns.
- Project Management: Lead and manage all marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee paid digital campaigns, working with the performance marketing team to optimize ROI across all platforms.
- Retention & CRM: Drive customer retention strategies through personalized marketing efforts, loyalty programs, and effective CRM initiatives.
- Branding & Content: Collaborate with branding teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels, including digital, offline, and social media.
- SEO & SEM: Work with the SEO team to optimize organic growth and ensure best practices in search marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports on marketing effectiveness, using data to inform future decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between the marketing department and the founders, providing regular updates and insights.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets across different campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
