Job Summary

The Feet-on-Street (FOS) Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales of secured lending products across assigned locations. This field sales position is ideal for candidates with experience in banking or NBFC sales (asset side), who will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing loan products through direct interaction with customers and channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire customers for:
    • Loan Against Securities (LAS)
    • Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF)
  • Source business through:
    • Direct field sales
    • Channel partners / Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
    • Existing networks
  • Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → documentation → disbursal
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in asset products:
    • Personal Loans (PL)
    • Home Loans (HL)
    • Loan Against Property (LAP)
    • Loan Against Securities (LAS) – highly preferred
  • Background in:
    • Banks
    • NBFCs
    • Fintech
    • Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
  • Strong field sales and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of lending products and credit basics
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and customer engagement

Experience

  • Relevant experience in sales of banking or financial products is preferred but not explicitly stated.
