Job Summary

The Penguin LLM Trainer role involves training language models across multiple languages. The purpose of this position is to enhance the capabilities of language models in understanding user interactions and expectations, ensuring high-quality responses and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune language models for various languages, ensuring they accurately reflect user expectations.

• Craft creative and realistic scenarios and responses for testing language models.
• Maintain high consistency in following technical documentation and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
• Proficiency in any programming language or tech stack, with a strong grasp of APIs and data formats (e.g., JSON).
• Strong general technical reasoning skills and logical thinking.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, focusing on clarity and instructional coherence.
• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in crafting scenarios and responses.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
• Native or professional proficiency in at least one of the following 16 locales:
