Job Title: Head of Product
About the Role
A leading consumer-facing organization in the hospitality and retail space is seeking a Head
of Product to own and drive its end-to-end digital product strategy across mobile
applications, web platforms, reservation systems, and in-store digital experiences.
The role will be responsible for translating business objectives into impactful product
initiatives that enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and strengthen
long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
● Define and execute the overall product vision and roadmap across: Mobile
applications, Web platforms, Reservation and call-center systems and In-store digital
touchpoints
● Drive measurable business outcomes including: Revenue growth, Footfall increase,
Customer acquisition and engagement
● Lead initiatives to grow both organic and inorganic digital traffic and conversions.
● Design and enhance the complete customer journey: Pre-visit discovery and booking,
In-store dining experience, Post-visit engagement and retention
● Build and scale loyalty programs as a core strategic lever for repeat business and
customer lifetime value.
● Partner closely with Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely
delivery of product initiatives.
● Own product performance metrics, delivery milestones, and continuous optimization.
● Establish governance and accountability for product management across the
organization.
Requirements
● 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2C, D2C or
consumer technology platforms
● Proven experience managing large-scale digital products with high user engagement
● Strong understanding of customer experience design, growth strategy, and loyalty
programs
● Demonstrated ability to align product outcomes with business performance metrics
● Experience in hospitality, retail, food-tech, or large consumer brands is preferred
