Front End Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking talented Front End Engineers with a strong background in React and prior experience in startup environments, particularly those with founding or early-stage team experience. As a Front End Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building responsive, high-quality user interfaces that drive business outcomes and enhance user satisfaction. Your entrepreneurial experience will help shape product direction and foster innovation within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to overall product strategy.
• Leverage your startup and founding experience to provide unique insights into product development and team growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in React.js and core front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a startup environment, especially as a founder or core team member.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Ability to mentor junior developers or lead small teams.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant front-end development experience.
• Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments, with a preference for those who have been founders or early-stage contributors.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,000,000 and above (final amount to be discussed based on experience and fit).
