Key Responsibilities:<br />  Lead and manage the overall compliance function for Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, and<br /> Offshore businesses.<br />  Oversee regulatory compliance for operations in GIFT City and ensure alignment<br /> with IFSCA regulations and reporting requirements.<br />  Manage offshore fund compliance, including coordination with international<br /> custodians, trustees, and global regulators.<br />  Draft, review, and file Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and related<br /> submissions with SEBI; manage approvals and ensure accuracy of disclosures.<br />  Actively participate in Board and Committee meetings, presenting compliance<br /> updates, risk observations, and regulatory insights.<br />  Ensure timely dissemination and implementation of SEBI/AMFI/IFSCA circulars and<br /> continuous monitoring of compliance obligations.<br />  Handle SEBI inspections, internal audits, and regulatory reviews with a proactive and<br /> solution-oriented approach.<br />  Manage periodic and ad-hoc filings with SEBI, AMFI, FIU, RBI, and other relevant<br /> authorities, including under PMLA.<br />  Vet marketing, digital, and investor communication materials as per SEBI’s<br /> advertisement code and ensure filings.<br />  Oversee policy creation, updates, and implementation of new compliance<br /> frameworks.<br />  Conduct periodic training for investment, operations, and sales teams on regulatory<br /> compliance and internal controls.
