Key Account Manager

Job Summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering solutions, and maximizing business opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key clients/accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to deliver solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, account metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.
  • Be ready to travel as per work requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Printing (a plus), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in printing, sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience handling corporate or enterprise clients preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Business development skills would be an added advantage.
  • Time management and multi-account handling ability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent data management skills.
  • Multilingual speaking ability would be an added advantage (English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling corporate clients.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in relevant fields.
