Key Account Manager
Job Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering solutions, and maximizing business opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key clients/accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to deliver solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, account metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.
- Be ready to travel as per work requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing (a plus), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in printing, sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience handling corporate or enterprise clients preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Business development skills would be an added advantage.
- Time management and multi-account handling ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent data management skills.
- Multilingual speaking ability would be an added advantage (English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling corporate clients.

- 5–10 years of experience in relevant fields.
