Job Description
<div>Responsibilities:<br />
● Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to<br />
drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.<br />
● Work closely with the founders and build the marketing function in terms of<br />
defining the strategy, the channels and execution models and building the<br />
team.<br />
● Lead a team responsible for managing and optimising digital channels,<br />
including email marketing, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms as of now<br />
this role is IC but the person will build a team around him/herself.<br />
● Collaborate with content creators to leverage podcasts, web assets, and other<br />
content formats to enhance marketing campaigns.<br />
● Analyse data and insights to continually optimise marketing strategies and<br />
tactics for maximum ROI.<br />
● Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company<br />
remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.<br />
● Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to support<br />
marketing initiatives.</div>

performance and key metrics.</div>

<div>Requirements:<br />
● 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on<br />
digital channels.<br />
● Proven expertise in leveraging email marketing, LinkedIn, and content<br />
marketing to drive results.<br />
● Prior exp in building and scaling a global enterprise SaaS marketing function<br />
is critical to succeed in this role. NA market exposure is mandatory.whereas<br />
experience in the ME/SEA markets is a plus.<br />
● Planning and executing end to end organisation’s marketing efforts including<br />
website (SEO/SEM), Performance Marketing, Social Media, Campaigns,<br />
Product Marketing, Events, PR etc. working closely with the internal team and<br />
third party agencies.<br />
● Design and roll-out frequent communication like newsletters, social media<br />
posts, program updates, campaign reports and blog posts and coordinate<br />
with partners, agencies and internal teams to curate, refine and publish<br />
content of all forms.<br />
● Understanding of sustainability or real estate space would be an added<br />
advantage.<br />
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights<br />
with excellent communication and leadership abilities.</div>
